Robot Arm is an interactable object available in Hitman. It can be found in the World of Tomorrow episodic mission.
The Robot Arm is located inside the Ether field lab within the underground cave system beneath Villa Caruso. It is found in the corner of the room where the DNA Specific Virus is located. By interacting with the control monitor, you are able to perform a manual override. By doing so, one of the Hazmat Suit (outfit) NPCs near the virus will notice that something is wrong and walk over to investigate.
You have to manually control the robot arm. In order to make it work, you need to mix the two red marked compounds together. To do so, simply pick up one of them and then pick the other one up directly after. The two will then mix and cause a problem inside the containment unit.
