- Though the challenge description specifies that the Fiber Wire should be used, using any of the garrotes (such as the Measuring Tape or Fishing Line) will complete the challenge.
- The challenge's name is a reference to the first demo of Hitman: Codename 47, in which the Fiber Wire was named "Piano Wire."
- Strangely, this challenge cannot be obtained in Untouchable, despite the fact you can find Fiber Wire and use them to kill Arthur Edwards.
